Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Export Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving export sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key accounts. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales and expand market presence. Identify and evaluate potential markets and customers for our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Achieve set targets Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services. Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a prompt and professional manner. Qualifications: Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Masters Preferred) Proven track record of more than 5 years success in export sales, in Textile polyester and Rayon fabrics (Dyed and Printed) industry Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
