As an Export Sales Executive at our company in Jalandhar, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing export sales across international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing export sales across international markets. - Handling client communication with professionalism, ensuring clarity and accuracy. - Preparing, analyzing, and maintaining sales reports using Excel. - Coordinating with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with overseas clients. - Negotiating contracts and managing order fulfillment in line with compliance and export regulations. - Addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following key requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/International Trade or a related field. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). - Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting). - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an export house or international sales environment. - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively. - Street-smart, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse situations with a proactive approach.
