Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Data Collection

Collect and maintain data of potential buyers and suppliers.

Prepare reports on market demand, competitor activity, and agro-based export

opportunities.

2. Marketing Support

Assist in preparing company brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

Manage postings on B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).

Draft and follow up on email communications with leads as instructed.

3. Sales Support

Assist in preparing quotations and invoices under supervision.

Maintain detailed records of leads, communications, and follow-ups.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with buyers/suppliers.

4. Documentation Support (Non-Financial)

Help in drafting shipping/contract documents as per instructions.

Maintain proper filing of physical and digital records.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate (preferably in Business/Commerce/Science).

Good English communication and computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Internet Research).

Basic understanding of trade/export processes (training will be provided).

Willingness to learn and adapt in the agro-based export sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
