Export Sales Executive

As an Export Sales Executive at Shiv Shakti Metal India, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in international markets for our diversified range of stainless steel products. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities in international markets, nurturing strong relationships with overseas clients, conducting market research, managing the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, handling export documentation, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, negotiating terms with clients and freight forwarders, and preparing sales reports for senior management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the metals or manufacturing industry. You should possess a solid understanding of international trade regulations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
