Ltd. caters to markets in the USA, Canada, UK, and Middle East Asia. The company's export unit is situated in Mundra, Gujarat, while the domestic sales unit is located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Renowned for its rapid growth and market supremacy in the motion furniture segment, Recliners India Pvt. Ltd. stands as a reputable brand in India. Job Summary: As an Export Merchandiser at Recliners India Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will involve sourcing overseas opportunities, utilizing digital marketing strategies to reach global customers, employing digital tools to identify potential buyers, and overseeing the export processes for the company's diverse product range. This role entails engaging with international clients, ensuring adherence to export regulations, and collaborating closely with various departments to guarantee punctual deliveries and customer contentment. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Opportunities: - Identifying overseas buyers through databases, websites, and digital marketing tools. - Sending targeted emailers to generate business opportunities. - Establishing contracts with overseas Sales Agents. - Cultivating relationships with new Dealers, Distributors, and Business partners in the international market. - Collaborating with Export promotion councils, embassies, high commissions, chamber of Commerce, and trade fair authorities to identify potential importers, buyers, and distributors. Client Management: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients. - Understanding client needs and formulating strategies to meet their expectations. - Providing clients with comprehensive product information, pricing details, and order updates. - Managing all pre-sales and post-sales client interactions. - Developing product samples in accordance with buyer specifications. Order Management: - Receiving and processing orders from international clients. - Coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Monitoring order status and addressing any issues or delays. - Negotiating purchase order terms such as price, quantity, etc., with the Buyer. Documentation and Compliance: - Preparing and managing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificate of origins, and shipping documents. - Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. - Collaborating with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth export operations as necessary. Coordination with Internal Teams: - Working closely with the production team to ensure products meet client specifications. - Recording and preparing production trackers. - Coordinating with the logistics team to organize shipments and track deliveries. Logistics & Shipping: - Coordinating with Freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Custom brokers. - Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to international customers. Market Research and Analysis: - Conducting market research to identify potential new markets and clients. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective export strategies. - Providing management with insights and recommendations based on market analysis. Customer Service: - Delivering exceptional customer service and support to international clients. - Addressing client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently. - Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty. Reporting & Analysis: - Compiling and submitting Export Performance Reports, Analysis, and Insights. - Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing export processes. Risk Management: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in export merchandising or international trade. - Sound understanding of export regulations, documentation, and logistics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and experience with ERP systems. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. - Previous experience in a similar industry is beneficial.
