We’re Hiring: Quality, Checking & Packing Manager 🚨
GIRIRAJ NATURE CARE BAGS PVT LTD, a leading manufacturer & exporter of jute and cotton products, is looking for an experienced Quality, Checking & Packing Manager to join our factory team in [Barasat].
🔹 What you’ll do:
Lead the checking, finishing & packing operations
Ensure quality standards and buyer compliance before dispatch
Supervise and train factory staff for efficiency & accuracy
Oversee export packing (cartons, bales, pallets) and minimize wastage
Coordinate with production & export teams for timely shipments
🔹 What we’re looking for:
5–8 years’ experience in jute/cotton manufacturing & exports
Preferably from competitor companies in the same industry
Strong knowledge of export packing requirements & quality control
Proven leadership in managing factory teams
