Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for following up on leads from trade fairs & exhibitions to generate business and maintaining relationships with buyers. Additionally, you will handle buyer enquiries, prepare price quotes, and manage end-to-end order processing from acquisition to final shipment. Collaboration with production, QC, and logistics teams to meet deadlines and coordinate samples for buyer approvals will be part of your role. You will also manage existing client orders, ensure product modifications meet buyer requirements, and track production and shipping for on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up on leads from trade fairs & exhibitions to generate business - Maintain and grow relationships with buyers - Handle buyer enquiries & prepare competitive price quotes - Manage end-to-end order processing - Coordinate samples & follow up for buyer approvals - Manage existing client orders & product modifications - Ensure samples and bulk orders meet buyer requirements - Track production & shipping, select the right transportation mode for on-time delivery - Maintain strong communication with buyers and internal teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in export merchandising or international sales - Strong understanding of export processes, shipping methods, and Incoterms - Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills - Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage - Bachelors degree in international business, Commerce, or related field Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.
