> About the Role

Brothers Ginger Traders is hiring a passionate and proactive Export Marketing Specialist to drive our international business forward. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in exports, especially in the agri and spice sector.

> Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with global buyers, importers, and distributors
• Plan and implement export marketing strategies for various regions (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.)
• Manage B2B platforms, generate leads, and follow up with prospects
• Handle client communication and negotiations via email, calls, and virtual meetings
• Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely export processes
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and virtual buyer-seller meets
• Analyze export performance and prepare regular reports

> Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / International Business / Commerce
• Experience in export marketing (agri/spices/trading preferred)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Understanding of EXIM documentation, HS codes, and shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.)
• Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and online research
