Job Description

# Job Title: Export and OEM sales manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in domestic & international markets for our premium category of products . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in domestic & international markets.

3. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities , including researching new markets, customers, and competitors.

4. Build and Maintain Relationships with Customers and Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in markets to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Negotiate and Close Sales Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer needs are satisfied.

6. Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field*: A Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

3. Proven track record of sales success: A proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

6. Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
