As an Export Executive at Orex Pharma Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the company's international business initiatives. With a strong commitment to excellence and stringent quality standards, Orex Pharma serves a diverse international clientele, contributing to healthcare solutions worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - **International Business Development:** Identify, target, and onboard new international clients and distributors for the portfolio of APIs and Intermediates. - **Market Analysis & Strategy:** Conduct thorough research and analysis of international markets to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Provide insights to shape export strategies. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - **Sales & Order Processing:** Handle export sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and efficiently manage the order-to-shipment process. - **Documentation & Compliance:** Ensure accuracy and compliance of all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, etc.) with international trade regulations. - **Communication:** Act as a key point of contact for international clients, promptly addressing their technical and commercial queries in a professional manner. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the Pharmaceutical API export sector. - **Education:** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. Additional qualification in International Business or MBA is advantageous. - **Technical Knowledge:** Profound knowledge of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), their applications, and regulatory landscapes in international markets. - **Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong analytical and market research abilities. - Proven expertise in client acquisition and relationship management. - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
