Job Description

VRole & responsibilities

Ensure compliance with international trade practices, regulations, and incoterms.
Manage Export L/C & Non - L/C documentation processes from order placement to shipment dispatch.
Perform thorough checks of all pre-shipment and post shipment documents to ensure custom and bank requirements.
Coordinate shipment activates with plant, internal departments, CHA and transporters, while monitoring shipments across various mode of transport( air, sea, & land)
Handle E- BRC processes and DGFT- related task, including application and redemption of Advance license and EPCG license.
Maintain accurate documentation and data records, ensuring timely updates and effective information flow
working knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
