Role Description:

KRA – Export Documentation Executive, Based Indirapuram and Noida

1. Prepare accurate and timely export invoices and shipping documents.

2. Complete customs documentation as per DGFT and customs regulations.

3. Handle documentation for duty drawback claims, FOCUS scheme incentives and other government incentives..

4. Ensure error-free documentation to avoid shipment delays or compliance issues.

5. Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for smooth execution of exports.

6. Track and maintain all pre- and post-shipment documents for audits and compliance.

7. Submit and follow up on duty drawback claims to ensure timely realization.

8. Maintain export records and registers in compliance with government regulations.

9. Work closely with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Sales) to ensure correct documentation.

10. Use Tally or ERP software for invoice generation, ledger entry, and data consistency.

11. Stay updated with DGFT notifications, export-import policies, and incentive scheme updates.

12. Submission of BRC Documentation to bank on time.
