Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain and update books of accounts as per accounting standards and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, payables, and receivables. Manage journal entries, general ledger, and trial balance preparation. Invoicing & Billing Prepare and issue sales invoices for both domestic and export transactions in coordination with the sales and logistics teams. Ensure invoices comply with GST, export documentation, and banking requirements. Monitor and record payments received against invoices and ensure timely realization of dues. Taxation & Compliance Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings for domestic and export operations. Prepare and submit returns, reconcile tax ledgers, and ensure adherence to filing timelines.
