Export Documentation Executive

As a Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to documentation and compliance in the shipping industry. Your duties will include checking and filing air and sea shipping checklists, completing ESANCHIT work, and registering AD codes for sea and air shipments. Additionally, you will be required to handle booking and coordination tasks such as placing bookings with shipping lines, NVOCC, airlines, and IATA agents, coordinating with customers for shipping instructions, and submitting shipping instructions to shipping lines to obtain BL drafts. Moreover, your role will involve managing shipping documentation by handling MBL draft as per agent requirements and HBL draft as per customer requirements. You will also be responsible for shipment tracking and follow-up activities, including providing shipment status notifications to exporters, consignees, and insurers, tracking shipments until container loading on the vessel, following up with shipping lines regarding BL issues and invoicing, arranging for smooth BL release, and sending pre-alerts to agents and customers regarding shipments. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus offered.
