Job Description:

We are seeking an Export Executive with experience in international trade and documentation, preferably in the rice export industry. The candidate will handle export operations, coordination with clients, and compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Phytosanitary, etc.)
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
• Handle LC, advance payment, and export realization
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and export policies
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
• Coordinate with production & quality teams for export orders
• Maintain export records and MIS reports
• Communicate with international buyers via email and calls

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in International Business / Commerce
• 1–3 years experience in export operations (rice/agro-products preferred)
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS & export procedures
• Good communication skills (English mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Excel & email communication

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹ 22000/- per month (Negotiable)
• PF / ESI as per company policy
• Paid leaves as per company rules
