• Job Location - Andheri East, Mumbai.
• Fix Salary - 25000 to 30000 per month.
• Experience - 3 to 6 Years.
• Note - Immediate joining.

Job description

• Entire Export Documentation.
• Knowledge & Handling of Pre & Post Shipment Documents.
• Making Commercial Invoice and Packing list as per Order.
• Co-ordinating with Delivery Agents / Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.
• Preparing Daily Status Report of Export Shipments.
• Follow up with CHA for Custom Clearance.
• Keeping accurate filling record of Pre & Post Shipment Documents.
• Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Maintaining of Export Register.
• Tracking & Update client for shipment status.
• Maintaining inventory of outgoing shipping items via database entries.
• Communicate with bankers regarding Export procedure.
• Update Client for Shipment Status.
• Handling Export documents & submission to banks.
• Submission of Various Export Shipping Bill & related documents to Various Banks as per Finance Team requirement & maintaining record.

REQUIREMENT

• Should be any graduate
• Should have good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of computer.
