Job Summary
We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive to manage export documentation, logistics coordination, and supplier sourcing. The role includes visiting local vegetable markets, negotiating supplier rates, and ensuring compliant and timely export shipments.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit local vegetable markets to identify and evaluate suppliers
· Assess product quality, availability, and pricing
· Negotiate rates and commercial terms with suppliers
· Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records
· Prepare and process export documentation
· Coordinate with freight forwarders for timely shipments
· Verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading)
· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
· Maintain organized export and shipment records
· Communicate shipment status with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
· Knowledge of export documentation and logistics processes
· Familiarity with international trade regulations
· Strong attention to detail and communication skills
· Willingness to visit local markets
· Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
