Export Documentation Executive

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation processes. Your primary duties include preparing and handling all documentation required for international shipments, ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth shipment handling. Your key responsibilities will involve preparing and verifying all necessary export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. You must ensure the timely and accurate submission of export documents to shipping lines, banks, and customers. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and transporters for efficient shipment handling. Coordination with internal departments like sales, production, and logistics for shipment planning is also crucial. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to each export transaction, monitoring export schedules for timely delivery of shipments, and staying updated with current export regulations, trade policies, and documentation requirements are essential parts of your role. Proficiency in Excel is required for maintaining and analyzing export-related data effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree (B.Com or any discipline) and possess 4 to 10 years of experience in export documentation. Strong knowledge of international shipping terms, export procedures, customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance is necessary. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation software, along with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills are crucial. The ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.,
