Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other required documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely and accurate shipments.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws and export regulations.
  • Track shipments and maintain up-to-date records of dispatches and deliveries.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation flow and resolve any related issues.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for all export-related paperwork and digital records.
  • Follow up with concerned authorities for bill of lading, certificate of origin, inspection certificates, etc., if required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of export procedures and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle documentation independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
