Job Description

As an Export Documentation Coordinator at Indo Amines Limited, your role involves coordinating export documentation for the logistics team at the Dombivli, East MIDC Phase 2 location. You will be responsible for various tasks related to pre-shipment and post-shipment activities in the Chemical Industry. Key Responsibilities: - Float Export Shipment Inquiries to Shipping Agents / Freight Forwarders. - Negotiate best Sea Freights with Shipping Agents / Freight Forwarders. - Arrange Tank Cleaning Certificates from Tank Operators with approval from designated personnel. - Obtain Delivery Order (DO) from Shipping Agents / Freight Forwarders. - Coordinate transportation of ISO tanks & Box containers to respective plants. - Ensure timely loading of export shipments on available vessels as per vessel schedule. - Provide vessel and ISF details to the concerned marketing personnel. - Plan and execute processes related to Call Back Container shipment. - Follow up with Vendor for timely clearance of Sample and send AWB details to Marketing person promptly. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. - Any graduate with proficient communication skills in English. - Knowledge of pre-shipment and post-shipment processes is essential. Please note that any other duties may be assigned by the Head of Department as per requirements.,
