Export cum documentation executive

The Export cum Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing all export-related documentation, coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and government agencies, and ensuring timely and compliant dispatch of goods to international destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Documentation
• Prepare and manage export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading/airway bill, and shipping instructions.
• Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and INCOTERMS.
• Coordination
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and CHA for timely clearance and dispatch.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, finance) for smooth execution of export orders.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Monitor export shipments and update clients on shipment status.
• Prepare export reports for management.
• Customer & Vendor Management
• Communicate with overseas customers for documentation requirements.
• Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation and resolve related queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
