Your responsibilities will include handling and responding to supplier and buyer inquiries efficiently, tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery, resolving any logistics issues, supporting market research and analysis for international trade opportunities, liaising with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain operational accuracy, and maintaining proper record-keeping while assisting in preparing export reports. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage export documentation and shipment files. - Handle and respond to supplier and buyer inquiries efficiently. - Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues. - Support market research and analysis for international trade opportunities. - Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain operational accuracy. - Maintain proper record-keeping and assist in preparing export reports.
