Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs for smooth export operations
-Preparing and verifying export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping bill, etc.)
-Tracking shipments and resolving logistical issues
-Communicating with overseas clients regarding order status
-Ensuring compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and company policies
-Liaising with internal teams like sales, production, and finance
