Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Export Coordinator role located in Kolkata. The Export Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing export documentation, coordinating with ocean freight carriers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves communicating with clients and ensuring that all export activities are compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export procedures
• Strong Communication skills and ability to interact with clients and carriers
• Customer Service experience and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of ocean freight logistics and operations
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the coffee or food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
