Expert bookkeeper

We're seeking an exceptional self-starting bookkeeping professional to join our growing team and help develop our bookkeeping business. This is a leadership role for an experienced expert who thrives in an independent work environment.

What you will do :

• Lead bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks (Online) and Xero
• Communicate directly with clients, providing expert guidance and support
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication
• Analyze financial data and create customized reports and forecasts
• Contribute to business development strategies and process improvements
• Handle complex bookkeeping challenges with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Experience:

• 3+ years

  of advanced bookkeeping/accounting experience (STRONG REFERENCE CHECK)

• Expert-level proficiency

  in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

• Expert-level proficiency

  in Xero accounting software
• Proven track record in client-facing roles more specifically with U.S. CPA firms

• Fluent English

  - excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: : Base salary (+) Commission on new clients onboarded. To clarify, you will be expected to develop new business and commission will be shared for new clients only.

Location Requirements

• This is an on-site position - remote work is not available. 5 days in office (Monday to Friday).
