What you will do : Lead bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks (Online) and Xero Communicate directly with clients, providing expert guidance and support Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication Analyze financial data and create customized reports and forecasts Contribute to business development strategies and process improvements Handle complex bookkeeping challenges with minimal supervision Required Qualifications Must-Have Experience: 3+ years of advanced bookkeeping/accounting experience (STRONG REFERENCE CHECK) Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Expert-level proficiency in Xero accounting software Proven track record in client-facing roles more specifically with U.S. CPA firms Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills Essential Skills: Self-directed work style with strong initiative Leadership experience or mentoring background Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Meticulous attention to detail Professional client service experience Compensation: : Base salary (+) Commission on new clients onboarded. To clarify, you will be expected to develop new business and commission will be shared for new clients only. The compensation for this position includes a base salary plus commission on new clients onboarded.
