Experience & Variable Program Associate

As an Experience & Variable Program Associate at KidZania Mumbai, located in Ghatkopar (Rcity Mall), you will be responsible for creating, developing, updating, and establishing both the fixed and changing dynamics of each establishment under the precepts given by the organization and sponsors to ensure functionality and meet visitor expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making the plan and annual budget for the yearly calendar, adhering to authorized costs - Creating and developing concepts for each Event, generating scripts, and ensuring coherence with KidZania concepts and principles - Keeping sponsors in mind, incorporating their best practices, and coordinating any image changes - Implementing and training personnel for each establishment and facility for the season/event calendar - Identifying and selecting qualified providers for necessary elements or supplies, meeting quality standards, prices, and delivery times - Estimating necessary materials for each activity and ordering them from appropriate internal areas and sponsors - Administering supplies not regularly used, authorizing warehouse removal, planning replacements, and managing invoices - Writing monthly service and quality reports for each establishment - Generating and presenting audio proposals for centers/ambiences based on establishment needs or current seasons - Updating book, magazine, and dynamic music inventory every six months to ensure correct permits Experience required: - Three years of experience in event planning & production - Proficiency in using PowerPoint - Good contacts with event vendors - Creative and innovative mindset for generating new Variable program ideas - Experience with projects requiring analysis and detailed event descriptions Qualifications: - Graduates with a major in communications, event production, or similar branch If you are interested in this position, please apply and share your CV at rajkumar.gundeli@kidzania.in.,
