Experience Studio Lead

to manage end-to-end studio operations, elevate the visual and experiential environment, and drive meaningful customer engagement. This role combines studio management, visual storytelling, and client interaction to ensure every visitor leaves inspired and well-supported in their decision journey. The ideal candidate possesses strong aesthetic judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and internal stakeholders to build a high-impact brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Experience & Studio Environment

Own the overall look, feel, and sensory experience of the studio to deliver a premium, design-led environment.Curate visual merchandising displays, product showcases, and dcor updates to reflect brand identity and seasonal narratives.

Studio Operations & Workspace Excellence

Manage daily studio functioning including maintenance checks, upkeep, vendor coordination, and product/material inventory.Ensure all operational workflows support smooth customer visits and studio events.

Lead & Enquiry Management

Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other digital touchpoints.Track and follow up with leads, maintain CRM data, and maximize conversion of enquiries into studio visits and project discussions.

Customer Engagement & Consultation

Welcome walk-ins with warmth and professionalism, understand project needs, and recommend suitable solutions with design confidence.Provide guided walkthroughs, product demos, and personalised recommendations that align with customer requirements.

Designer & Partner Collaboration

Build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and design partners.Schedule collaboration sessions, coordinate meetings, and support partner engagement events hosted within the studio.

Insights & Performance Reporting

Compile customer feedback, footfall data, conversion metrics, and product interest insights.Share structured reports to help refine marketing, sales, and studio strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong visual sense and passion for design, styling, and interior aesthetics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows smoothly.Data-driven mindset with reporting and analysis abilities.Experience in interiors, home dcor, retail experience centres, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
