Experience Management Associate

Your responsibilities include calculating staff requirements, creating staff schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts, and optimizing resource utilization through effective deployment. The role also involves basic reporting and analysis, along with mailbox management. To excel in this position, you should possess good verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, excellent teaming and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform well under tight timelines. Graduates with at least 1 year of relevant workforce management experience are preferred. However, non-resource management professionals with 1+ years of general work experience and the required skillset competencies may also be considered for this role. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset, a passion for numbers, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will combine computer skills and mathematical ability with a working knowledge of business and negotiation skills.
