We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Experience Management Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in workforce management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage staffing demands and monitor intake channels. Create staff schedules to maximize service and minimize costs. Update resource schedules on the schedule management tool (Retain) and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Proactively review resource availability and future project demands. Minimize open, unfulfilled demand and manage mailbox administration. Optimize resource utilization through effective deployment and perform basic reporting and analysis. ### Job Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight timelines. Experience in workforce management concepts, resource deployment, and scheduling is preferred. Ability to analyze, innovate, think, and act globally.
