We are looking to hire a Design specialist who can conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods like interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Job Description In your new role you will: Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods like interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user flows. Design the visual aspects of the user interface, ensuring it is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Conduct usability tests to identify issues and gather user feedback for iterative improvements. Organize and structure content effectively to make it easy for users to navigate and find information. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design with business goals, and present findings and concepts for feedback Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Proven experience in UX design and research, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. A degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related discipline. Strong ability to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and interpret data to inform design decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
