Job Description:

Commercial Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end commercial activities done as part of Order-To-Cash process: i.e. validation and booking of affiliate orders, transfer pricing review, providing status updates, raising commercial invoices, billing master sheet update, reconciliation with hours / expenses / order, strong alignment with all relevant internal functions as part of the end-to-end customer experience.

• Raising commercial invoices for GES business.
• Review of revenue generation v/s pulse on weekly basis
• Updating master sheet to review total revenue & outstanding dues
• Creating and keeping regular updates of GES commercial MIS data files.
• Minimizing AR by taking initiatives to effectively reduce outstanding receivables.
• Perform operational performance reviews with the internal stakeholders, supports improvement plan, invoice automation, work pack description, etc.
• Taking accountability for the entire process from project initiation through to revenue generation, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
• Stay connected with the business team to quickly solve any problems related to commercial issues.
• Timely resolution of audit queries (internal & external)
• Internal controls and compliances to SEZ, EDPMS, RBI, STPI requirements
• Develop control mechanism to review performance of auto-billing set-up, build checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing

Automation & Reporting :

Identify opportunities to automate / digitize manual MIS workpapers on revenue, o/s receivables, etc.

Qualification :

Commerce graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience; MCom / MBA in commercial, order management, finance or supply chain domains.

Strong knowledge of Business Finance or Commercial.

Hands on practical experience on SAP and MS Excel is a must.
