EXL is hiring Surgery Coding - Manager Job Title: Coding Manager Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Kochi, Noida Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Paramedical field CPC certification LSBB certification (preferred) CPMA certification (added advantage) 13-15 years of coding experience, including 5+ years in IVR coding (cardiovascular surgery, and general surgery, complex level IVR coding) 5+ years of coding experience 3+ years in a Team Lead role 5+ years in an Assistant Manager role Experience in managing QA teams Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Serve as a subject matter expert in coding Demonstrate strong team handling skills Manage inventory and plan resources effectively Motivate and guide the team to achieve production and quality goals Follow project-related protocols and instructions Address team clarifications proactively Exhibit problem-solving skills Conduct research on grey areas and provide solutions Conduct team education and training sessions Address client emails and queries efficiently Display strong analytical skills Foster innovation, energy, and positive thinking within the team Motivate team members effectively Escalate issues and identify trends Ensure prompt responses to emails from the Manager Ensure team compliance with HIPAA and OIG regulations Interested in joining our team?
