Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an EXIM Planner. The EXIM Planner will be responsible for planning and executing export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The role also involves managing documentation, tracking shipments, handling tariffs and duties, and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

3-5 years

• Experience in export and import operations management, including dealing with international trade regulations
• Skills in coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities
• Proficiency in managing documentation, maintaining records, and tracking shipments
• Understanding of tariffs, duties, and logistics processes optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
