Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Export & Import Operations Manage end-to-end import/export documentation as per Indian Customs, DGFT, and EXIM policies. Handle licensing, EPCG, advance authorizations, and liaise with DGFT for relevant benefits. Co-ordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and customs officials for clearance. Ensure timely filing of Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, and other statutory documents. 2. Logistics & Transportation Plan and execute domestic and international transportation for inbound and outbound shipments. Select and negotiate with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier services. Monitor shipment tracking, transit times, and ensure timely deliveries. 3. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with customs, GST on imports/exports, FEMA, and RBI guidelines. Prepare export documentation like commercial invoices, packing lists, LC compliance, BL, etc. 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Co-ordinate with suppliers, buyers, internal departments, and external agencies. Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, transporters, clearing agents, and banks.
