Exim Customs Clearance Executive

Job description:

• Follow up with shipper for shipment schedule and docs.
• Verifying the Import Documents and forwarding to CHA and Co-ordination with Shipping lines and CHA for error free clearances.
• Tracking the Import shipments.
• Checklist verification and Import Duty calculation and
• Checking the CHA and Freight Forwarder Bills.
• Prepare reports, documents etc as required by the company, assist in other initiatives, tasks depending on the business requirements related to EXIM.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients in the freight forwarding sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing customized solutions for their shipping and logistics needs.
• Handle duty and tax assessments, refunds, and resolve any discrepancies related to customs duties.
