Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team at Pathways Cargo India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Proficiency in South Indian languages such as Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil is essential, as a significant portion of our customer base communicates in these languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to provide service information, resolve queries, and build strong relationships.
• Maintain records of calls and update customer details accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer service (cargo/logistics industry preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• Previous experience in logistics or cargo industry will be an added advantage.
