✔️ Handle B2B/B2C sales for AAC blocks
✔️ Onboard dealers, distributors, builders & contractors
✔️ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
✔️ Conduct market research & competitor analysis
✔️ Build strong client relationships
✔️ Ensure timely deliveries & payment collections
✔️ Report regularly to the sales manager
✅🔹 1–2 years of sales experience in building materials (AAC blocks preferred)
🔹 Excellent communication & negotiation skills
🔹 Strong local market knowledge (Rohtak & nearby areas)
🔹 Self-driven and result-focused
🔹 Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
