Job Description

As a Finance Manager at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial planning and reporting activities for the factory are completed on a timely basis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing the annual budgets (factory target agreements) - Conducting order-wise and product portfolio-wise profitability analysis and implementing corrective actions - Forecasting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) financial performance against the budget - Performing variance analysis of KPIs against the budget and forecast - Maintaining the integrity of books and records in compliance with Siemens financial reporting guidelines (IFRS) and internal controlling requirements - Driving digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance team and financial processes - Monitoring current expansion project costs at the factory and conducting variance analysis against the budget - Reviewing CWIP periodically, capitalizing assets, and performing physical verification of assets Siemens, with over 372,000 employees, is committed to building a future that values resources, considers the impact on the world, and delivers sustainable energy reliably and efficiently.
