As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the following key deliverables and responsibilities: - Preparing and ensuring timely financial planning and reporting activities for the factory. - Developing the annual budgets (factory target agreements) and monitoring order-wise and product portfolio-wise profitability analysis, taking corrective actions as necessary. - Forecasting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) financial performance against the budget and conducting variance analysis. - Maintaining the integrity of books and records in compliance with Siemens financial reporting guidelines (IFRS) and internal controlling requirements. - Driving adaptation and improvement in digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance team and financial processes. - Monitoring current expansion project costs at the factory, conducting variance analysis against the budget, and reviewing CWIP periodically for capitalization, as well as physical verification of assets.
