Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling of compression machine and inprocess checks like as Friability test, Hardness test, Thickness test, Disintegration test, weight variation test, and appearance of tablets.
To Monitor and control yield of batches. Completion of batch BMR. Checking and Filling of Equipment Logbooks , Environment Logbooks , Balance Calibration Logbooks,
Daily Verification Logbooks To distribute available manpower in different section of department.
Handling Sop's. Labelling of all products correctly and ensure proper labelling system.
Co-ordination with QA, QC, Engineering and R&D department of works.
Maintaining correct process parameters & ensure the process operations correctly.
Inspection of Punches and Dies , Qualification of Punches and Dies. All manufacturing works follow as per SOP'S or BMR.
