Job Description

We are seeking experienced Executive/Senior Executive Marketing to help the team with marketing strategies and campaigns for both Travel+Leisure India and Lifestyle Asia India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, a passion for luxury and travel brands, and a deep understanding of digital and print media.

We are only considering candidates who are based in Mumbai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management


  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels, including print, digital, social media, and events.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of brand campaigns that reflect the luxury and premium nature of both publications.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.


Content Marketing & Audience Engagement


  • Collaborate with editorial teams to create compelling content that aligns with the interests and lifestyles of our target audience.

  • Develop and execute audience engagement programs, including email campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive events, to build a strong community around both brands.

  • Monitor audience feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content and engagement strategies.


Sales Support & Brand Solutions


  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions that align with their objectives.

  • Develop customized brand solutions for advertisers and partners, leveraging both Travel+Leisure India and Lifestyle Asia Indias strengths in luxury travel and lifestyle content.

  • Assist in creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that highlight unique selling points and demonstrate the value proposition of both brands.

  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to the sales team to enhance client relationships and optimize revenue opportunities.

  • Support in the development of branded content, native advertising, and sponsorship opportunities to offer clients integrated marketing solutions that drive business results.

  • Work with the sales team to identify and nurture new business opportunities, particularly in the luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors, through joint marketing initiatives and partnerships.


Revenue Growth


  • Work closely with sales teams to create marketing strategies that drive subscription, advertising, and partnership revenue for both brands.

  • Identify new business development opportunities, including sponsorships, collaborations, and events, to diversify revenue streams.


Event Marketing & Partnerships


  • Plan and execute high-profile events to elevate brand presence and engage with premium audiences.

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury brands, travel companies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.


Team Management & Development


  • Lead and mentor to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

  • Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for the marketing team to stay ahead in the evolving media landscape.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably within the luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Strong experience in both digital and traditional marketing, with a deep understanding of brand building, audience targeting, and content creation.

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, print, online, events).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Experience working with luxury brands and an understanding of the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) audience is highly preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • A deep passion for travel, lifestyle, and luxury industries is a must.


Educational Qualifications:



  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


  • Master s degree (MBA) or relevant certifications in digital marketing/branding is a plus.
