Collections Executive (US Debt Collections)

Location: Noida, Sector 63

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven professionals with experience in US Debt Collections. The role involves engaging with US customers, managing overdue accounts, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining professionalism and compliance with client and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US customers for debt recovery.

• Negotiate repayment plans in a professional and ethical manner.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Adhere to compliance standards and client requirements.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in US Debt Collections or US Voice Process (mandatory).

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Ability to negotiate and handle objections confidently.

• Familiarity with collections processes, FDCPA guidelines, and call handling (optional)

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.

• Open to work in night shifts (US timings).

• Target-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
