Essential Functions

• Issue payments based on invoices, ensuring payments are accurate and timely
• Issue reimbursement payments to policyholders for tow and glass repair charges
• Validate the record of issued check payments and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage special requests to stop payments and reallocating payments to different claims and exposures
• Update records for received amounts as recoveries
• Route requests to appropriate adjuster or administrative team for further processing
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy and ensure compliance with client and company policies
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics
• Handle sensitive claimant information with confidentiality and professionalism

Technical Skills

• High level computer proficiency
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
  

Analytical Skills

• Analytical skills to ensure judgment-based decisions are made following process guidelines.
  

Process Specific Skills

• Familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is an advantage
• Basic understanding of claims processes is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to process information logically and accurately based on established procedures
  

Soft Skills (Desired)

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good comprehension skills for analyzing claim-related documents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Education Requirements

• EXL shall be the sole judge, in its reasonable judgment and subject to applicable law, as to qualifications or performance capability
  

Work Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, specifically in claims processing, is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
  

Other Requirements

• Willing to join ASAP & Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
