Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and special programs (including Foundation Day) by engaging trainers and industry professionals.
• Design promotional material (posters) and manage social media campaigns to reach and engage with students effectively.
• Liaise with college authorities to organize talks and training sessions and promote key Yuvalay events.
• Lead content development and coordinate the release of 

  YuvaConnect

   – our quarterly e-magazine focused on youth.
• Play a key role in the planning and execution of 

  Maker Fest Vadodara

  .
• Handle general administration of the center, including coordination with the trust and routine banking tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate/postgraduate with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Someone passionate about working with youth and capable of handling multi-dimensional responsibilities.
• Experience or interest in event planning, content creation, or social media promotion will be an added advantage.
