We're Hiring! Executive – Yuvalay Individual Development Center Are you passionate about youth development and eager to make a meaningful impact? Yuvalay Charitable Trust , a well-known organization among the youth of Vadodara, has been actively conducting personality development programs for the past 11 years. In collaboration with Vadodara Innovation Council (VIC) , we also organize Maker Fest Vadodara — a flagship annual event that celebrates innovation and creativity. We are looking for a dynamic and committed young graduate or postgraduate to join us as an Executive at the Yuvalay Individual Development Center . Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and special programs (including Foundation Day) by engaging trainers and industry professionals. Design promotional material (posters) and manage social media campaigns to reach and engage with students effectively. Liaise with college authorities to organize talks and training sessions and promote key Yuvalay events. Lead content development and coordinate the release of YuvaConnect – our quarterly e-magazine focused on youth. Play a key role in the planning and execution of Maker Fest Vadodara . Handle general administration of the center, including coordination with the trust and routine banking tasks. What We’re Looking For: A graduate/postgraduate with strong communication and coordination skills. Someone passionate about working with youth and capable of handling multi-dimensional responsibilities. Experience or interest in event planning, content creation, or social media promotion will be an added advantage.
