1. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Receive stocks of both Duty Free and Duty paid goods.

· Ensure all documentation is available and scrutinize the documents.

· Ensure that container details and seal details are matching with original bill of lading before offloading.

· Coordinate with CISF and get Security Screening of the goods.

· Arrange for loading, unloading, palletizing of goods received.

· Stacking of goods in warehouse on FIFO basis.

· Verification and reporting discrepancies to Category & SCM team.

· Bonding of shipments, System updating of GRN, Intimation to Category as well SCM team.

· Preparing Annexure, Shipping bills, intimation letter about receipt of duty free and duty paid shipments.

· Updating in-to bond register, follow up with customs on escorting the goods and ensure customs records updated.

· Preparing shipping bills & picking list for the indent received from shop floor.

· Removing stock from stacking area and assembling for verification of picked quantity.

· Handing over the stock to shop floor & Inventory updating in the system.

· Arrange manpower for offloading of goods from containers

· Coordinate with Manpower agencies for availability of House Keeping staff for movement of goods.

· Maintaining warehouse Equipment's and reporting any damages on time.

· Monitor the cold storage temperature.

· Ensure fire safety regulations followed.

· Ensure all the documents are filed in accordance with the customs norms for clearance of goods from Air Cargo/ICD.

· Manage every day operational issues with customs like getting warehouse keys, stock movement, facilitating escort officer.

· Liaison with Customs to get Space Certificates, Re-Warehousing Certificates and close the bonds.

· Update all registers like Shipping bill register, consignment bond register.

· Calculation of MOT charges and handover to Finance for payment.

Educational Qualifications

▪ Any Graduate / Post Graduate with Diploma in Warehousing Management

Relevant and total years of Experience

▪ 2 - 4 years of experience in Warehousing/Supply Chain Management/Logistics.

▪ Knowledge of MS Office, Navision MM module or any other software.

Preference for GOAN candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
