Oversee daily operations at the sort center including inbound, sorting, and outbound processes Ensure timely and accurate sortation of parcels based on destination and service level Coordinate with transport and delivery teams for smooth dispatch Monitor and report operational metrics such as TAT, productivity, and accuracy Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation Resolve on-ground issues and escalate when necessary Support process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
