Job Description

As a Training Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in conducting training sessions for employees involved in Third Party Collections. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure a deep understanding of relevant processes and compliance standards. - Developing and updating training materials, manuals, and documentation specific to Third Party Collections procedures and best practices. - Collaborating with management to assess training needs within the team, identifying areas for improvement and skill development. - Tailoring training methods to address different learning styles and ensure optimal comprehension and application of Third Party Collections strategies. - Providing constructive feedback to trainees, offering guidance for improvement and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. - Attending call calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluating and scoring calls within the team and providing insights to enhance call quality. - Staying updated on updates, changes, and advancements within the Third Party Collections domain and incorporating the latest industry best practices into training sessions. - Demonstrating the ability to execute policies, processes, and procedures effectively within the training context. - Ensuring full compliance with all company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements in the delivery of Third Party Collections training programs. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Graduation from any stream. - Minimum B2 Certification or DELE B1 in Spanish. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly. - Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate various learning styles and levels of expertise. - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage training schedules, materials, and documentation. - Collaboration with Third Party Collections management to stay updated on industry changes and ensure training programs align with best practices.
