Job Description: As a Trainer specializing in Revenue Cycle Management, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive training sessions for employees. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, manuals, and documentation specific to Revenue Cycle Management procedures. Collaborating with management to assess training needs and tailoring training methods to address different learning styles will be essential. You will provide constructive feedback to trainees, evaluate training session effectiveness, and implement enhancements as needed. Attending call calibration sessions to ensure consistency and quality in evaluating calls within the RCM team will also be part of your role. Staying updated on industry advancements and incorporating best practices into training sessions will be key. Furthermore, you will demonstrate the ability to execute company policies effectively and ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting comprehensive training sessions for employees in Revenue Cycle Management - Developing and updating training materials, manuals, and documentation - Collaborating with management to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement - Tailoring training methods to address different learning styles - Providing constructive feedback to trainees and evaluating training session effectiveness - Attending call calibration sessions to ensure quality evaluation of calls - Staying updated on industry advancements and best practices - Demonstrating the ability to execute company policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 2+ years in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in a Trainer role - Graduate from any stream - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to adapt training approaches for various learning styles - Strong organizational skills - Collaboration with management to align training programs with best practices Additional Company Details: Opportunity to transition into a Senior Executive role within the Training Department Working Days: Mon to Fri (Fixed Off on Sat and Sun) Working Hours: 9 hours (1-hour break included) Shift Timing: Day to US Shifts (Flexible with Shift) Trainer Certification: Required to go through certification process that includes calling Future Prospects.,
